Delivery: All original artwork is sent by courier, and usually on an overnight service. The work is always very securely packaged and insured for loss or damage in transit.
Returns: You may return the artwork provided you inform me within 14 days from the date of delivery that you intend to do so, and then return the item within a further 7 days.
The product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. It is vital that the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit, I also recommend that you insure it to its full value. Returns that are damaged may not be eligible for a refund or may only qualify for a partial refund.
