Julia Noble Art – Terms & Conditions
By placing an order you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions, please read them carefully.
Introduction.
These terms and conditions govern the use of services and sale of products by Julia Noble Art.
Services and Products
Julia Noble Art provides services and products as outlined on the website. The business reserves the right to modify or discontinue any product or service at any time.
Order Process
An order is confirmed via email confirmation and the business reserves the right to refuse any order.
Pricing and Payment
Pricing for products and services are as displayed on the website, or quoted by email. Prices may change, but this will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is due upon order placement unless otherwise agreed in writing, or as detailed as part of a specific ordering process.
Delivery
Delivery timelines and charges are as specified in the order process. I aim to meet the delivery times stated but cannot guarantee them.
Cancellations, Returns, and Refunds
Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Please refer to Julia Noble Art – Returns Policy which details the policy in full.
Copyright and Content
Customers are responsible for ensuring they have the right to use any content images, text, logos, etc, provided for use by Julia Noble Art. No liability for any copyright infringement will be accepted.
Limitation of Liability
Liability for any claim related to the products or services provided, except as expressly provided in these terms, shall not exceed the price paid for such products or services.
Data Protection
We will handle all personal data in compliance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
Changes to Terms and Conditions
The Company reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time, and will endeavour to ensure the latest version will always be posted on the website.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.

Please Note: This Artist Contract only applies to specific products or services, i.e., commissioned bespoke artwork. If the Artist Contract applies to a product or service it is always clearly indicated as part of the ordering process, your acceptance/or rejection of the contract is also clearly indicated for your consideration.
Julia Noble Art – Artist Contract
This Artist Contract, (hereinafter referred to as the “Agreement”) is made on the date that the Client places an order for specific bespoke product and/or services with Julia Noble Art.
Scope of Work: The Artist – Julia Noble, agrees to create a pre-determined artwork (hereinafter referred to as the “Artwork”). At the time of placing the order the following details will be provided to the client.
- Title/Description of the Artwork
- Medium of the Artwork
- Dimensions of the Artwork
- Anticipated Lead Time to completion of the Artwork
Payment:
- The total fee for the Artwork is stated at the time of ordering.
- Payment Schedule where offered is generally:
- Non refundable 50% deposit upon placing the order for the Artwork.
- 50% balance payable upon completion and approval of the Artwork.
- Payment Method: Bank Transfer or credit/debit card are accepted.
Delivery:
- The client is welcome to collect the artwork by arrangement.
- Orders over £1000 will be couriered free of charge.
- Orders under £1000 are subject to carriage, we generally send securely packaged and insured within UK and outside the UK.
Copyright and Reproduction Rights:
- The Artist retains all copyright to the Artwork.
- The Client is granted a non-exclusive license to solely display and enjoy the Artwork privately.
- The Client may not reproduce the Artwork without the prior written consent of the Artist.
Exhibition and Promotion:
- The Artist has the right to use images of the artwork to promote and advertise.
Guarantee:
- The Artist warrants that the Artwork is original and does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.
- The Artist warrants that the Artwork will be of professional quality and free from defects.
Cancellation and Termination:
- If the Client cancels the Agreement before the Artwork is completed, the Artist is entitled to retain any payments made and may, in addition, seek additional compensation for work completed.
- If the Artist fails to complete the Artwork without reasonable cause, the Client may terminate this Agreement and seek a refund of payments made.
- The Artist is confident the Client will be fully satisfied with the final Artwork, but in addition to the above, should the Client be in anyway disappointed with the final Artwork they can terminate the agreement, subject to the deposit payment paid at the time of order being retained by the Artist, however, the final balance would not be requested and the Artist would retain the Artwork.
Governing Law:
- This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Julia Noble Art – Returns Policy
I am committed to ensuring that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, I understand that sometimes, a piece may not meet your expectations once it arrives. My returns policy is here to help you with any concerns you may have after your purchase.
Return Period: You have 14 days from the date of delivery of your order to notify me of your intention to return a purchase. When the acceptance of the return is accepted the item must then be returned within 7 additional days from the date of notification.
Condition of Returned Items: All returned items must be returned in the original condition and packaging. It is vital that the item is packaged securely to prevent any damage during transit. Returns that are damaged may not be eligible for a refund, or may only qualify for a partial refund.
Return Process: To initiate a return, please contact me with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for the return. I will provide you with the necessary return details and address.
Refunds: Once I receive and inspect the returned item I will notify you of the progress of your refund. Your refund will be processed, and any credit applied to your original method of payment.
Exchanges: I am happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange for the same item, please send me an email to confirm.
Return Shipping Costs & Insurance: You are responsible for paying for your own costs for returning your item, please note return costs are non-refundable. I recommend that any returns are sent requiring a signature and are covered by adequate insurance to cover loss or damage in transit.
Non-Returnable Items: Please note that bespoke, commissioned or personalised art pieces are non-returnable unless they arrive damaged or defective.

Privacy Policy for Julia Noble Art
Information about you is collected during the checkout process on the store. I am committed to protecting the privacy and security of my customers’ personal information. This Privacy Policy outlines the types of personal information that is collected, how it is used, and the measures taken to protect it.
What is collected and stored
While you visit the site, tracking includes:
- Products you’ve viewed: used for example to show you products you’ve recently viewed

- Shipping address: you’ll be ask to enter this so shipping can be estimated before you place an order.

Who has access?
Access to your information is only available to authorised managers. For example, both Administrators and Shop Managers can access:
- Order information like what was purchased, when it was purchased and where it should be sent, and
- Customer information like your name, email address, and billing and shipping information.
Access to this information is required to fulfill orders, process refunds and support you.
Your Rights
Under data protection laws, you have rights including:
**Access:** You have the right to request copies of your personal data.
**Rectification:** You can request that we correct any information you believe is inaccurate or incomplete.
**Erasure:** Under certain conditions, you have the right to request that we erase your personal data.
**Restrict Processing:** You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data.

Julia Noble Art Environmental Policy
I recognise the impact that any business involved in any type of production can have on the environment, and I am dedicated to reducing this impact wherever possible in my own business. Typically, like most small businesses, this takes the form of prudent management of resources, alongside purchasing and working practices that allow me to conduct my business in an environmentally responsible and sustainable manner.
My Commitment
Sustainable Materials: I prioritise the use of sustainable, recycled, recyclable, and eco-friendly materials in my processes, including packaging materials. This includes sourcing materials where possible that are certified by the Forest Stewardship Council (FSC).
Energy Efficiency: I strive to reduce energy consumption across my business through energy-efficient technologies and practices. This includes using energy-efficient lighting (LED), and implementing energy-saving measures in my studio – which as a newly-built building conforms to the all the appropriate legislation for thermal insulation etc.
Waste Reduction and Recycling: I am committed to minimising waste generated and have practises in place to reduce, reuse, and recycle materials wherever possible. This includes recycling paper waste, and reducing packaging waste.
Pollution Prevention: I take proactive measures to prevent pollution and minimise the use of hazardous substances. This includes using eco-friendly cleaning products, properly disposing of hazardous waste, and adhering to best practices in waste management.
Sustainable Practices: I am always seeking out and adopting sustainable practices in my studio. This includes promoting digital communication to reduce paper use, offering sustainable product options to our clients, and reducing carbon emissions.
